Her balanced ends offer agile performance even in light air. She turns within her own length and motors as well as she sails. The Com-Pac 27/2's interior allows standing head room, six berths and an enclosed head with optional hot water shower. A full galley, hanging locker and storage space helps to satisfy the needs of a cruising family.

Thanks to Charley Fritz Sea Quest Kids are now the proud owners of a 1991 Com-Pac 27/2 30 foot sailboat! We have many plans for the boat during the next year. There are already groups of kids lined up to be trained in sailing and boating and water safety. Sea Quest Kids also have numerous events where we can bring the boat. Boat shows and the Indy Car Races in St. Petersburg as well as the APBA Superboat Offshore World Championships in Key West to name a few are already on the list of destinations. We will also be able to use the boat as a broadcast platform for KBN Sea Action News. The boat is in fabulous condition and will be used to entertain sponsors, potential sponsors, donors, and organizations. It will also be used as a platform to represent corporate sponsors.

The boat has undergone an intensive sprucing up and systems have been replaced and updated as needed.  As part of the fundraising for the foundation the ComPac is available for charter.  Call Steve Gronka at 404-434-0660 for arrangements to book the boat.
